I bought this manifold and pressure switch several days ago. The quality is very shoddy. The safety valve was leaking air and when I screwed in my old safety valve the manifold cracked. You can see the crack on the photo I’m attaching. I’m now back to square one.

Manifold is made of plastic and some of the fittings are are not NPT. Also had a lot of trouble sealing leaks.

after two hours of assembly i turn on the air compressor and it started to leak around 70 psi.
After further inspection it was split in two spots.

Very pleased. I bought a air compressor off the streets that someone ripped the brand and specs stickers off of so I have no idea what it is. It’s at least a 27 gal, anyways I was trying to replace some parts on the old manifold and the cast iron cracked on me. I needed a new manifold, after searching for a few hours I found this one and took a gamble because the description doesn’t say the thread sizes!? But the pictures looks identical to what broke so I bought it.
Once it arrived it feels of quality and every fits my compressor. I have it all assembled on air compressor, I didn’t not use the new control box because my old one fit the manifold. I have yet to turn it on but I have no doubts everything will work. If something weird happens I’ll report back. At the moment very happy.

the part that looks like piping is either the thinnest possible pipe or plastic with a chrome finish. I do beleve it is the plastic with the chrome finish. I would never buy again.

This regulator is plastic and my safety valve opening was cracked upon delivery. Returned item.
