3. Installation & Setup

  1. Unpacking

Carefully remove the unit from the packaging. Check for any visible damage. Retain packaging for future transport.

  2. Placement

Place the grinder on a dry, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the motor housing and a minimum clearance of 10 cm on each side.

  3. Power Connection

Check the voltage and frequency on the rating plate before connecting. Use a proper grounded socket. Do not use extension cords unless rated for the appliance.

  4. Initial Test Run

Before using with food, run the empty grinder for 30 seconds to ensure smooth operation. If vibrations or noises are abnormal, stop immediately and contact support.

4. Operation

Preparing Rice/Grains

Soak rice for the recommended time depending on your recipe. Drain excess water. Do not overload the drum — for best results process up to 1.0–1.5 kg per batch.

Operating Steps

  1. Place the drum in position and secure the lid.
  2. Switch ON the power using the main switch located on the motor housing.
  3. Feed the soaked rice into the drum. Do not insert hands or utensils while machine is running.
  4. Allow grinding until desired consistency is reached. Use short pulses for coarse textures.
  5. Switch OFF before tilting the drum for emptying.
  6. Use the tilting lock lever to tilt the drum and pour the batter into a container.
Performance tip: For uniform batter, scrape the sides gently between pulses (with power OFF) and avoid overfilling.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily Cleaning

  1. Switch off and unplug the unit before cleaning.
  2. Remove the drum and lid. Wash with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Wipe the motor housing with a damp cloth. Do not allow water to enter the motor vents.

Periodic Maintenance

  • Inspect rubber feet and tighten or replace if worn.
  • Check screws and fasteners; tighten if necessary.
  • If grinding performance reduces, contact authorized service for inspection of internal components.
Note: Lubrication of internal motor bearings is factory-sealed. Do not attempt to open the motor housing — this voids warranty.
