Returns/Refund would be applicable in the following scenarios :

• Wrong item is sent- If the Model received is different from what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical specifications, Samnantools offers a full (no questions asked) replacement/refund as requested by the customer. However the incident has to be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos. However for Machines, Tools, Equipment,Spares or Accessories the color of the product might vary depending on the Manufacturing upgrades.
• Item Damage - In case there is damage to the product, Samnantools offers a full (no-questions asked) Replacement or Refund whatever is requested by the customer. However the damage has to be reported to the Samnantools Support team within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos & videos.
• Defective/ Incomplete Product Received - In case of a defective product, Samnantools offers full Refunds, Replacement or Availability of Spare parts/Missing piece (If applicable) whatever is requested by the customer. The defects have to be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos.

Refund Process

In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.
In case of cash on delivery (COD), we will only initiate an NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Samnantools required your bank account details:
